Job Summary

Your duties will include: 
  • Delivering a comprehensive service to customers, improving overall service experience, and facilitating organic growth
  • Taking ownership of customer issues, and follow them right through to resolution
  • Chat to customers in the Vacuum area, build rapport, ensure they are satisfied with their overall experience, invite them back
  • Managing incoming calls and emails, where applicable
  • Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
  • Communicating with internal teams to ensure they are aware of any current promotions, company updates/information, reviewed the bulletin board, and are generally satisfied with their work
  • Ensure all employees are doing their job as set forth in the training manual – high importance placed on collecting customer details
  • Supporting the Community Outreach Manager with their weekly activities, and ensuring all new Fleet/Business customers are provided with a high-level customer service
  • Reporting results to management team
  • Supporting/assisting staff when required
  • Onboarding new team members
  • Enticing customers to provide an online review
  • Supporting marketing efforts, when necessary
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to maintain calm under pressure
  • A thorough knowledge of the CECW service offering
  • Efficiency and organisational skills
  • Administrative skills
  • Computer literacy in order to type up reports, results and details of customer interaction
  • Australian Driver’s license and car required

Job Summary

The Community Manager role has been developed to establish and nurture working relationships with organisations such as schools, sports clubs, religious groups, community centres and non-profit organisations within the local community.

You will focus on not only building relationships, but sustaining these relationships, in order to increase the utilisation of Tunnel Express services in the community, increase brand awareness, and play an active role in the community.

Your responsibilities would include:
  • Diverse a 3-month community outreach strategy
  • Build relationships with community members, associations, and organisations.
    This may be done face-to-face, over the phone, or via email. Contact strategically selected local organisations to discuss fundraising and partnership opportunities
  • Support local organisations with fundraising efforts
  • Research most effective types of community fundraising initiatives
  • Business/Fleet sales within local community
  • Establish local partnerships to be used in conjunction with our loyalty program
  • Weekly reporting
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Passion, self-confidence and the gift of the gab!
  • A great communicator, fluent English is a must
  • Ability to present information to a wide variety of audiences
  • Great networking skills
  • Research skills
  • High-level verbal and written communication
  • Time management skills
  • Bachelor degree preferred
